In the early 1900s Echo Park, California was the original home of the Los Angeles film industry where legends like Charlie Chaplin, The Keystone Cops & The Three Stooges found their fame. It is from those same streets and talented spirits that song writer and vocalist Marissa Gomez finds inspiration, delivering a sweet and melodic rag time vocal punch. Her musical backdrop The Ghosts of Echo Park, blend hints of blues, honky-tonk, humor and heartache into a toe-tapping sound that will keep you singing along even after the music stops. Their first EP titled "Songs from the Color of My Love" will be released in early 2010 on Ravens Tale Records.
